Year of the Shofixti

YEAR OF THE SHOFIXTI

Risen from the ashes and with boundless new drive for the task at hand, this year is for working. Get involved in anything you can! If you hear of some new endeavour, maybe even a quest, get stuck into it. But don't let that single avenue narrow your view. Join clubs, have meetings, take up theatre or sport, or even politics.

Think of yourself, and try to be tactful. Although Shofixti love a bit of brute force and a stubborn look, it's diplomacy that will win through in the end. Be prepared for all manner of diversions from the path, myriad scandals, reversals of fortune, and hissy fits. It'll sort itself out in the end, but it's up to you take the initiative. Just go easy on the Glory Device.

If you plan to bring a child into the world, the best time for a Shofixti is in the winter.

SlylandroSlylandro - Shofixti mean Slylandro no harm, and a great deal of entertainment can be had from watching the proceedings and occasionally throwing in the odd witty comment. In all, a good year with convenience and fun aplenty.

PkunkPkunk - Pkunk can't help trying to set Shofixti straight about so many things and will undoubtedly end up alongside them in whatever gatherings (or rows) they find themselves. Nevertheless, the Pkunk attitude will win through eventually despite the distaste.

SupoxSupox - At last! Action! Excitement! The chance to meet other sentients and compete with them for valuable resources! The year's full of change and amusing - just as long as you don't let the proceedings threaten your security.

UtwigUtwig - It'll be infuriating for you. There's conflict brewing, the chance to get stuck into as many different fields as possible. But the Utwig pessimism can get you down, and if you don't curb it could spell disaster come the end of the year.

ZoqFotPikZoqFotPik - Infighting and bickering amongst your selves will undoubtedly end up meaning lost opportunities and the danger of never getting anything properly organised. It's a bad year for the Zoq, the Fot, and the Pik, so keep your heads down and try to push on as best you can.

EarthlingEarthling - This year is the proverbial open can of worms. Consider the difference in breeding rates and you'll see that Earthlings can get swamped quite easily by all the new vistas before them. Try to stay focused and avoid the temptation to dabble in too many ventures, especially when it comes to material resources.

MmrnmhrmMmrnmhrm - The hardest thing for you is going to be getting sufficiently aroused to take advantage of the new possiblities the arrival of the Shofixti brings. Business and the accomplishment of some major goals are in the offing, but you need your own personal Sun Device to get you kickstarted to victory.

ChenjesuChenjesu - Although there is no immediate danger there is a trap. Idleness can unmake everything you've tried to attempt in the past few years so do something. Anything. Just wake yourself up and try out a new range of activities.

SyreenSyreen - It's time for a year of reflection for the Syreen. Retreat to your own little Slave-shielded planet and think a little bit on what was and what could be. The Shofixti have presented a whole new array of pasttimes, but you're not going to be that interested. Just go about your business and try a little nostalgia.

YehatYehat - A proud time indeed for the Starship Clans. The spotlight is on you, and nothing can take away your time to shine. Although things might get off to a shaky start, you have a proud heritage and a noble bearing that can win you the day in the end, and the admiration of those around you. The stars are yours!

ArilouArilou - Confusion and emotion will bombard you throughout this year. Turmoil and the upsetting of the natural order will provoke some wild moods within you, and it will take every ounce of your cosmic wisdom to win through. You may have to give up the one you love...

ShofixtiShofixti - Unlike the other races, the Year of the Shofixti is never good for the Shofixti themselves. Too many things to struggle through, too many reminders of what was cast to the wayside to once again rise, too many demands on straining strength. That fatal third flick of the switch is looking you in the face. Can you win without it?
